At Lara Belle Bridal, we understand that choosing your wedding dress is one of the most exciting parts of planning your big day, and we know you want to share this special moment with your loved ones. From our experience, too many opinions can sometimes cloud your personal feelings, making the decision more challenging. We recommend bringing 1 or 2 guests to help keep the focus on you and your preferences. That said, 3 guests can sometimes be the magic number if you feel you need the added support. This way, you can enjoy an intimate and focused experience while selecting from our stunning unique dresses for the modern bride!

At Lara Belle Bridal, we allocate 2 hours for your initial consultation. This ample timeframe allows you to try on approximately 6 to 8 stunning gowns, giving you plenty of opportunities to explore different shapes, styles, and designs that suit your taste.

Our Bubbly bridal appointment, complete with bubbly and sweet treats, is perfect for making your experience even more special.

If you require a longer appointment, we can certainly arrange that for you. Our goal is to provide a relaxed and enjoyable environment where you can find the perfect dress for your big day!

You can book an appointment with us any day of the week, including some evenings for your convenience. Simply book online through our website or contact us directly to schedule your visit.

Please note that there is a small charge for the appointment, but don't worry—it’s redeemable against any purchase made during the appointment.

Once you've found your perfect dress, you can continue the celebration at BrewTwo coffee house, conveniently located next door.

What should I bring to my bridal appointment at Lara Belle Bridal?

For your bridal appointment at Lara Belle Bridal, we advise you to bring the following:

Flesh-Coloured Underwear: High-waisted flesh-coloured underwear is recommended to avoid visible lines and ensure the best fit for trying on different gowns.     
Strapless Bra: You don't need to worry about a strapless bra, as most of our gowns come with built-in cups that provide adequate support. 
Shoes: We provide heeled bridal shoes for you to wear during your fitting, so you don't need to bring your own.

Additionally, we kindly request that you avoid applying fake tan before your appointment to keep our stunning dresses in perfect condition.

By following these guidelines, you'll help make your fitting experience smooth and enjoyable while preserving the quality of our beautiful gowns.

What is your price range?

Our carefully selected beautiful gowns are priced between £1750 and £4500, with most dresses sitting between the £1750 and £2500 price point.

To keep our dresses special and unique, A lot of our gowns are available as "Love Me Now." (Off the Peg) This is a great option if you're short on time and would like to take your dream dress home with you today!

We also have a "The Last Love" sample sale rail with dresses starting from as little as £550.

Question 7

What sizes are the samples gowns to try?

We have sample dresses available in sizes 8 through to 16, with the majority of our gowns in sample sizes 10 to 14.

Don't worry, we have many creative ways to show you how your dream dress will look in your size.

Question 8

When should I be looking for my dress?

Accepted Answer

We recommend starting your search for "The One" about 10-12 months before your big day. 
This timeframe allows for the dresses to be made to your specifications and delivered, giving you ample time to collect the dress from Lara Belle and work with your chosen seamstress for any alterations.

If you're on a tighter schedule, our "Love Me Now / Last Love Sample Sale" collections would be perfect as they offer beautiful options that you can take home immediately.

Question 9

Once I have found my perfect dress, how do I pay?"

Accepted Answer

Many brides find their dress during their appointment with me, which is such a wonderful experience.

To order your dress of dreams, we will require a deposit of 50% deposit on ordering and the remaining balance of 50% on arrival of your gown to the boutique.

If you have chosen to purchase one of our "Love Me Now" Gowns we will require payment in full on the day, Please make sure you bring a source of payment with you to ensure you can walk away with your dress of dreams.

I am also pleased to now offer you a PayPal method of payment which can break your payment in to 3 installments

Do you offer alterations?

I am afraid that I am unable to offer any alterations or a seamstress service instore, I am however happy to recommend a local service provider which brides have used in the past :-)

 As many of my brides are travelling a long way to find their dream dress. I would recommend organising a seamstress close to home, so you are not travelling too far in the weeks leading up to the big day.

Alterations
